Our all-hub Showcase events are another point of difference between Refer-On and traditional networking groups. At a Refer-On Hub Showcase, members and guests, often more than 100 of them, gather for a half day’s networking, mentoring and participation. We start early with breakfast and plenty of informal networking before settling down to a themed programme of Shared Learning and talks delivered by key exponents in their field.

Topics are always chosen with the concerns and interests of small businesses in mind and are presented in ways that engage and involve our audience. Recent Hub Showcases have focused on marketing (from briefing and writing a press release to developing a marketing programme), managing customer relationships and making the telephone a key part of customer service.
